I hired Grace to sing at my late sister’s Celebration of Life service. My sister, Joanne’s favourite film was The Sound of Music and Grace sang each song from the film. When Grace started singing you could hear a pin drop. The sound of Grace’s voice is powerful too yet incredibly sweet, her diction along with her pitch is superb. Grace’s gentle movements and the lilt of her voice brought every song to life. I am sure that if the angels were listening there would have been dancing in Heaven that day.
My daughter, Daisy, had Musical Theatre singing lessons with Grace, from year 4 to year 10. Grace took Daisy though all the musical theatre grades, from 1 to 8. Daisy was awarded a distinction each time finishing off with 99%. We honestly believe that she would never have achieved that with anyone else. Grace is the consummate professional, and so much more. She was always there for Daisy, she always believed in her and she instilled in Daisy a passion for Musical Theatre that will be a lifelong pleasure. So much more than a vocal coach, hopefully a friend for life!
Grace is, quite simply, the perfect performer for any wedding. It was a joy to have her singing during our ceremony. From the first discussions of our preferred songs, through to her incredible performance on the day, Grace is a true professional with an astounding voice. Grace is an outstanding singer and performer with a voice of silk and pure star quality! Her ability to sing such a variety of styles and genres make her a hit every time she performs for us! She would not be out of place on the 'West End Stage' with her musical's renditions but her jazz voice and more contemporary styles wow us every time too! But it is how she 'performs' the songs to capture the imagination and musical memories of our residents which make her our star turn every time she performs! Her connection with those she performs for is such a fabulous ability which enables her to add stories and show versatility with the song choices on each visit!
